Brittany is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in Colorado, currently pursuing certification as a Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). She holds a Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and has a deep passion for helping individuals enhance their performance while maintaining emotional well-being.
As a former Division II student-athlete, Brittany understands firsthand the unique challenges that athletes face both on and off the field. She brings this personal experience, along with professional training, to her work in sport and performance psychology. Brittany has also worked extensively in clinical settings and held a position as a social worker in both Georgia and Colorado, where she was responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
Brittany’s clinical expertise spans a range of areas, including sport and performance psychology, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, adolescent and young adult issues, substance abuse, anxiety, and identity development. Her approach is rooted in inclusivity, empowerment, and advocacy, creating a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their challenges and goals. Brittany uses evidence-based techniques to help individuals navigate life transitions, build resilience, and embrace their authentic selves.
