Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. WPS is an inclusive practice that treats a number of mental health conditions with group and Individual therapy, provides sport psychology & performance enhancement consulting by a sport psychologist, and conducts psychological testing by a licensed psychologist in the Denver Metro Area and Online.
Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan.
We promise to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
We provide counseling services for individuals, and couples in all developmental phases of life. We also provide EMDR and NuCalm®.
We offer psychological testing for children and adults who may have ADHD, learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and mood disorders.
We use psychological knowledge and skills to address optimal performance and well-being in business, athletics, and the arts.
We offer a variety of groups Including (but not limited to) DBT Skills, injured athlete support, and mental skills training.
Dr. Walker is a Licensed Psychologist, Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC), and an adjunct professor for the University of Denver Graduate School of Professional Psychology. She is also the Sport Psychologist for the US Men's Alpine Ski Team, the US Men's Alpine Developmental Ski Team, and a contracted assessment provider for the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee. She previously was the Associate Director and Training Director for the University of Oklahoma Athletics Department Psychological Resources for OU Student-Athletes (PROS), and contracted Sport Psychologist for Vanderbilt University Athletics.
Dr. Walker earned her Counseling Psychology Doctorate from the University of Northern Colorado, her Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver, and her Bachelor's degree from Colorado State University. Dr. Walker has worked in clinical and athletic settings since 2006. Dr. Walker was a Division I Athlete, played semi-professional softball, and was drafted to play in the professional league following her collegiate career.
Dr. Walker's areas of clinical focus include psychological testing, sport and performance psychology, EMDR, pain management, worker compensation, LGBTQIA concerns, relational distress, anxiety disorders, and grief.

Allie is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado. In addition, Allie is in the process of acquiring her designation as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). Allie earned her Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and her Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University. She has experience working in both clinical and athletic settings.
Allie currently provides services in a clinical setting in the Denver area treating all forms of eating disorders. During her time at DU, Allie worked within the athletics department as a graduate assistant. She also provided sport psychology services to elite athletes in both individual and group settings. Allie completed specialized LGBTQIA+ training from the University of Denver becoming part of the Queer and Ally Network on DU’s campus.
Allie's areas of clinical focus include sport and performance psychology, anxiety disorders, depression, women’s issues, relational distress, identity and self-concept development, and life transitions. No matter the area of focus, Allie takes a client-centered approach and views individuals in relation to their environments in her collaboration with clients.

Dr. Daheim is a Colorado Licensed Psychologist and acquiring his designation as a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). He earned his PhD in Counseling Psychology from Texas Tech University and his Bachelor's degree from Oklahoma State University.
Throughout his professional journey, he has worked in various clinical and athletic settings, including in a Div. I athletic department, sports medicine clinics, and as a consultant for various teams. He completed his Doctoral Internship with Vail Health Behavioral Health and Howard Head Sports Medicine in their Sport Psychology Track.
Dr. Daheim’s clinical focus is in a wide range of areas, including psychological testing, sport and performance psychology, pain management, injury recovery, return to sport, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, and mood disorders. He is well-versed in tailoring therapeutic approaches to suit the unique needs of his clients, providing compassionate and evidence-based treatment to guide them towards lasting change and growth.

Kaela is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) in the State of Colorado and a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC). She earned her Master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from the University of Denver and a dual Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Management and Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
She competed as a Division I student-athlete and played professional soccer in France before retiring from the sport. Kaela has experience working in both clinical, athletic, and high-risk occupation settings and currently provides therapeutic services through a non-profit organization in the Denver area.
Kaela's clinical focuses include sport and performance psychology, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, adolescent and young adult issues, individuals experiencing anxiety, and identity development. She strives to foster a space promoting inclusivity and curiosity, while using evidence-based techniques to help clients feel empowered to live and speak their truth.

As a former Division II student-athlete, Brittany understands firsthand the unique challenges that athletes face both on and off the field. She brings this personal experience, along with professional training, to her work in sport and performance psychology. Brittany has also worked extensively in clinical settings and held a position as a social worker in both Georgia and Colorado, where she was responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children.
Brittany’s clinical expertise spans a range of areas, including sport and performance psychology, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, adolescent and young adult issues, substance abuse, anxiety, and identity development. Her approach is rooted in inclusivity, empowerment, and advocacy, creating a safe, supportive space for clients to explore their challenges and goals. Brittany uses evidence-based techniques to help individuals navigate life transitions, build resilience, and embrace their authentic selves.
With a commitment to fostering personal growth, Brittany works alongside her clients to help them speak their truth, overcome obstacles, and lead fulfilling lives.
